Bill Payment Options

Water Works District 2 - St Tammany Parish offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

If paying online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  A fee of 3.00% + $0.95 fee(Payments below $100 will have a fee of 3.00% + $0.50) will apply.  Checking/Savings will have a fee of $1.10 + $0.95 fee.  Live Operator is an additional +$2.95 fee.  Payments may take up to 48 hours to post.  (If your service is disconnected or subject to disconnection for non-payment, please contact our office at 985-892-8445)

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon.  Please include your account number and service address on the check or money order. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment By Phone

You can pay your bill by phone through our payment processor - Payment Service Network, PSN.  Same fees as paying online apply.  Call 877-885-7968  Payments may take up to 48 hours to post.  (If you are disconnected for non-payment and pay by phone you must call the office with your confirmation number in order to have service restored)

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept Cash, Check or Money Order.

After-Hours non-cash payments can be placed in bottom slot of "BLUE DROP BOX" marked: WATER PAYMENTS ONLY, located next to mailboxes by Hwy 36 entrance.  Payments placed in Blue Drop Box after 2:00 p.m. will be credited on the next business day.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to reach our office. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Do Not Use DOXO to Pay your WWD2 Bill

DOXO is a third party online bill payment website that allows the general public to pay utility bills.  Water Works District #2-St Tammany Parish is in no way affilliated with this service.  The payment option for online payments is secured through our website here.  If you have questions or are unsure please call the office at (985) 892-8445.
