New Service Request

Welcome to the Water Works District 2 - St Tammany Parish.  Request for service will require a "Water Service Contract" to be completed at our office along with a vaild Picture ID.  You can find the "Water Service Contract" on our website if you would like to complete ahead of time.  It is located under Forms & Reports, All Forms & Reports, Related Documents, Water Service Contract. Deposit and Connect Fee to set up service is payable by Check or Cash only (cannot be paid with a card).  We look forward to serving your water needs.
