All bills are due by 4:30p.m. on the 20th of each month. On the 21st a 15% Late Penalty is applied. If NOT paid by the 20th of the following month a $40.00 Delinquent Fee is applied and you are subject to disconnection.
(If the 20th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday you have until the next business day.)
In order to have service reconnected, applicant must pay the entire past due balance and current balance plus the Delinquent Fee.
