NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING
Water Works District No. 2 is now using Caselle Community Connect Portal for Online Utility Payments. Caselle Community Connect Portal makes it easier than ever to stay on top of your account, avoid late fees, and track your payment history all in one place.
To create your user account visit https://wwd2stp.ourcommunityconnect.com
Once you have registered, you will be able to:
- Pay Online
- View Monthly Billing Statements
- Access Account History
- View Billing/Usage Graphs
- Enroll in Paperless Billing
- Enroll in AutoPay
- Receive Payment Reminders

If you have a current account with PSN (Payment Service Network), you will need to create a new account with Caselle Community Connect and then remove your account with PSN. If you have AutoPay set up through PSN make sure to inactive that autopay and set up a new autopay on the new Caselle Community Connect Portal.
Effective July 1, 2026 you will no longer be able to make payments through PSN
